Personalise your ConsCent experience: We collect the data to customise and personalise our services for you. Sometimes we help you reach the story that you might have missed (despite being an avid reader of that topic). We try to evaluate your interest for various genres of content, services and offers.
It also helps us understand your need, whether to tell you how much money you should add to the wallet to have a frictionless experience throughout the month. Your information also helps us understand what feature or service is tailored for you, while it is not relevant for someone else.
Measure our performance: We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are performing and being used. With this data we continue to work on aspects like reducing time to gain access to the content you love or improve the design for better navigation. We also use the data to understand your interaction experience on our ConsCent partners to run analytics and find out ways to improve your experience of third-party apps and sites.
To get in touch with you: We at ConsCent might want to get in touch with you, sometimes through your email or mobile number. At times we might notify you if we detect a suspicious activity in your account, or sometimes to show that we care, by wishing you on your birthday. We might want you to know about some product or service update, or a launch of a new service, or when we add a new publication that you would enjoy going through. And, if you contact us, we will keep that in record to resolve any issue you are facing.
